结婚礼文

新郎新妇得到法律许可并教会赞成以后，到结婚的日期同到牧师前，面向牧师并肩 而立，新郎立于牧师左边，新妇立于 牧师右边。

牧师向会众说：亲爱的诸位，我们在上帝和见证人面前聚集，要与这 两个人成就婚姻的圣礼；婚姻的事甚为严肃于神圣，是上帝所设立的，暗指着耶稣与教会联合的真理；婚姻的事也因基督之临格加利利的迦拿而壮观。所以不可轻忽，草率，必当恭敬，郑重，敬畏上帝的心，与这二人成此婚姻大礼。

牧师对新郎新妇说：我对你们二人说，你们现在站在上帝面前，应当记得，唯有爱心与忠贞是快乐家庭的基础。你们应当常常记得世上没有别种结合比婚姻的结合更为亲密，没有别的誓约比你们现在要立的更为神圣。若是你们不违反这誓约，努力遵奉天父的旨意行事，如此你们的一生，必要充满快乐，你们的家庭必有平安。

牧师对新郎说：王致盛，你愿娶蔡慧枫为妻，遵照这婚姻的圣礼，与她同居，无论她是健康或衰弱，你都爱护她，安慰她，尊重她，保护她，专一于她，终生与她同居麽？

新郎答：我都愿意。

牧师对新妇说：蔡慧枫，你愿嫁于王致盛为妻，遵照这婚姻的圣礼，与他同居，无论他是健康或衰弱，你都爱护他，安慰他，尊重他，保护他，专一于他，终生与他同居麽？

新妇答：我都愿意。

牧师问：何人将这女子交付于这人结婚？

新妇之父亲或其他长亲答曰：是我。

随执新妇之右手，放入牧师之右手中，牧师即命新郎以右手与新妇握手，随牧师云：

我，王致盛，愿娶你蔡慧枫为妻，愿遵上帝的圣命，自今以后，无论安乐困苦，丰富贫穷，健康衰弱，我都敬爱你，保护你，直到终身。我为此真心立约。

二人松手，新妇此时用右手握新郎右手随牧师云：

我，蔡慧枫，愿嫁你王致盛为妻，愿遵上帝的圣命，自今以后，无论安乐困苦，丰富贫穷，健康衰弱，我都敬爱你，保护你，直到终身。我为此真心立约。

二人松手，新郎将结婚戒指交于牧师，牧师执着戒指云：

结婚戒指，是看见的表记，表明这二人，用他们忠诚相爱的心，在内心里，及精神上，发生了美满的结合。

牧师说：我们祈祷：求赐福与交换戒指的人，使他们永远住在主的平安中，蒙主恩护。奉主耶稣基督的名求。阿们。

牧师此时将戒指交还新郎，将它戴在新妇左手无名指上，随牧师云：

我奉圣父圣子圣灵的名，娶你为妻，将这戒指戴在你手指上，作为你我结婚以及彼此立誓约的凭证。阿们。

牧师将戒指交于新妇戴在新郎左手无名指上，随牧师云:
我奉圣父圣子圣灵的名，嫁你为夫，将这戒指戴在你手指上，作为你我结婚以及彼此立誓约的凭证。阿们。

牧师说：我们祈祷：永生的上帝，创造世人，保全万民，赐人灵恩，永生根源的上帝，我们为这新郎新妇，求你赐福，保守他们，他们今日成为夫妇，求主叫他们永远纪念遵守今日彼此所立的约。又求主施恩于他们，使他们彼此相爱，互相尊重，在信仰与忍耐中，智慧与敬虔中，和睦同居。使他们的新家庭成为幸福的场所，平安的所在。奉主耶稣基督的名求。阿们。

牧师使新郎新妇握右手，牧师以右手加之云：

王致盛与蔡慧枫，既已立约，成为夫妇，在上帝面前，也在这会众面前，彼此立约，彼此握手，也彼此交换戒指，我就奉圣父圣子圣灵的名，宣布这二人为夫妇；上帝手配合的，人不可以分开。阿们。

牧师说：我们祈祷：

会众：我们在天上的父，愿人都尊父的名为圣。愿父的国降临。愿夫的旨意行在地上。如同行在天上。我们日用的饮食，今日赐给我们。免我们的债，如同我们免了人的债。不叫我们遇见试探，救我们脱离凶恶。因为国度，权柄，荣耀，全是夫的。直到永远。阿们。

牧师祝福云：但愿圣父圣子圣灵，三位一体的主，赐福与你们，维护你们，保守你们，又赐恩惠，眷顾你们，满有灵恩，使你们今生和好同居，做事合乎主的圣意。阿们。

王子选内阁 Ongzi’s Choice of New Cabinet

Ongzi feels that a major reshuffle of Malaysian Cabinet is timely.  Mainly to 1. eliminate confusion of responsibility, 2. merging of related portfolios into a single ministry, and 3. restructuring of government agencies, 4. to simply the Ministry’s name, 5. to promote good governance, and finally 6. to reduce government expenses.

Present Cabinet comprises 29 Ministers with 25 Ministries.  After restructure, Ongzi’s choice of Cabinet will have only 19 Ministers, with 19 Ministries, without Parliamentary Secretaries or Political Secretaries.

Lastly, considering the tria politica principle, in the pursuance of good governance, Ongzi would like to have a clear separation of powers between legislature, executive and judiciary. 

Member of Cabinet shall not be a people’s representative from either Houses of Parliament, except for Prime Minister.  All the Ministers are appointed based on their capacity and integrity, irrespective of their political affiliation. 

Perhaps we should do away with Deputy Prime Minister too.
