王子选内阁 2018 Ongzi’s Cabinet

Najib’s 2013 Cabinet comprises 29 Ministers with 25 Ministries.  After 2018 GE14, Mahathir announced a 12 member Cabinet, with 11 Ministries..  

A major reshuffle of Malaysian Cabinet is timely.  Mainly to

1. eliminate confusion of responsibility,

2. merging of related portfolios into a single ministry, 

3. restructuring of government agencies,

4. to simply the Ministry’s name,

5. to promote good governance, and finally

6. to reduce government expenses.

Ongzi’s Cabinet will have 13 Ministries.

 1. Prime Minister’s Department

 2. Ministry of Finance

 3. Ministry of Agriculture

 4. Ministry of Education

 5. Ministry of Transport

 6. Ministry of Health

 7. Ministry of Commerce

 8. Ministry of Home Affair

 9. Ministry of Foreign Affair

10. Ministry of Public Works

11. Ministry of Natural Resources

12. Ministry of Sports & Culture

13. Ministry of Labour

The Defence portfolio shall fall within the jurisdiction and power of Armed Forces Council ( Federal Constitution Article 137 )

Most importantly, considering the tria politica principle, in the pursuance of good governance, we must have a clear separation of powers between legislature, executive and judiciary.  This can only be done via amending the Malaysia’s Federal Constitution Article 43(2)(b). 

A member of Cabinet MUST not be a people’s representative from either Houses of Parliament, except for Prime Minister.  All the Ministers are appointed, with the approval of the Parliament, based on their capacity and integrity, irrespective of their political affiliation.

Present Cabinet comprises 29 Ministers with 25 Ministries.  After restructure, Ongzi’s choice of Cabinet will have only 19 Ministers, with 19 Ministries, without Parliamentary Secretaries or Political Secretaries.

( Kementerian Pendidikan )
· to incorporate Higher Education Ministry
· to undertake PERMATA from JPM
· to undertake tabika KEMAS from KKLBW

· nationalization of rail service, mrt

6. Ministry of Internal Security – MIS

2. Anti Corruption Commission ( previously under JPM )

3. Public Service Commission ( previously under JPM )

4. Human Rights Commission of Malaysia, SUHAKAM ( previously under JPM )

5. Judicial Appointment Commission ( previously under JPM )

Lastly, considering the tria politica principle, in the pursuance of good governance, Ongzi would like to have a clear separation of powers between legislature, executive and judiciary.

Perhaps we should do away with Deputy Prime Minister too.

2011 July 7^th - Menu Rakyat 1Malaysia ( MR1M ) was introduced by Domestic Trade, Cooperative and Consumer Affairs Ministry to offer budget meals to Malaysians.  The ‘poor’ can have breakfast for RM2.50 and lunch for RM4.00–RM5.00.

2010 June 24^th – Najib was alleged to host about 100 guests for his birthday party in Sri Perdana.  Shangri-La Hotel KL catered for the event, the RM79,053 bill was billed to Prime Minister’s Office.

2011 June 13^th – Najib was alleged to finance his daughter Nooryana Najwa‘s engagement ceremonies using public funds.  RM409,767 was billed to Prime Minister’s Office by Shangri-La Hotel KL.

2012 April 20^th – Tourism Ministry spend RM3.4 million hosting a 3-day PATA conference.  Tourism Minister Ng YenYen defended her ministry’s heavy spending for dinners : “RM150 per person dinner in KL is not an issue…”

2012 May 14^th  -  Najib hosted over 1,000 overseas Malaysian at the prestigious 02Arena, UK, in a “Meet the PM” event.

2012 October 2^nd – Melaka CM Mohd Ali Rustam organized a ‘cheap’ wedding banquet for his son at Dewan Tun Ali Bukit Katil.  Some 130,000 people were said to have attended, which hit the Malaysia Book of Records.  Caterers and 500 volunteers provided their services for free !

某区补选，记者访问一妇女：“你希望政府带来怎样的发展？”。妇女呆了几秒，一头雾水答说：“。。。就是发展啰”

发展究竟是什么？

发展不是只有老人留在镇里守着老家、闲田。发展是一家能整整齐齐、安居乐业。

发展不是佳节期间，镇里一时车水马龙。发展是百家齐放、兴旺昌盛，即使不是过年大节。

发展不是年年华小闹师荒。发展是大学录取只看成绩。

发展不是矿建住宿学校而学生不学无术。
发展是学子不必离乡背景到外地深造、更不担心毕业后回乡失业。

发展不是拿了几亩地种油棕，多年以后一家几口无奈地守着那几亩地过活。发展是不把稻田建成商场，然后向外国入口白米。

发展不是抽空油田、伐完森林，肥了恶人。
发展是国富民强。

发展不是花了巨款建了大医院，却发了霉！发展不是医院没有医生。

发展不是马路廿年来一样窄、一样弯。
发展不是廉价机场和富都车站一样乱、一样脏。

发展不是到政府部门，还要看脸色、送礼。发展是公务员不当土霸王。

发展不是贪官当道。发展是官者清廉、正义伸张。

发展不是有国才有家。发展是有家才有国。

我的家园何时才发展？

新官上任三把火

近来炎热异常，又遇新官上任，正是千逢难载的放火良机！

壹烧贪官。
爱财，人之常情。但君子爱财，取之有道。
小人取自公款取自百姓，饱私囊，游乐园，建豪宅 。盗也！
多年的DEB，只带来朱门酒肉，穷人依旧。
试问哪私营化project，何时纯为百姓？


贰烧懒官。
古时有养士之风，今日何尝没有？唯食客总有能人义士， 懒官却是养虎为患！
懒官也，饱食终日，无所事事；该做的不做，不该做的却做。
不作也领薪，做错亦加官。。。KPI又有何用 ？
Malaysia BOLEH !


叁烧庸官。
庸，愚钝,才识浅陋也。庸庸碌碌、庸懦、庸腐、昏庸。。。
庸才当官，百姓哭笑不得！
狐假虎威的土皇帝；见风转篷的跳槽官爷；皂白不分的白蓝衣部队、铁面审判官 等；烧得?不？
