The Defence portfolio shall fall within the jurisdiction and power of Armed Forces Council ( Federal Constitution Article 137 )
Most importantly, considering
the tria politica principle, in the
pursuance of good governance, we must have a clear separation of
powers between legislature, executive and judiciary. This can only be done via amending the Malaysia’s
Federal Constitution Article 43(2)(b).
A member of Cabinet
MUST not be a people’s representative from either Houses of Parliament, except
for Prime Minister. All the Ministers
are appointed, with the approval of the Parliament, based on their capacity and integrity, irrespective of their
political affiliation.
